Returns and Refunds

All items are inspected thoroughly for defects before dispatch. All items are sent out in new and pristine condition when they leave us unless the item is a second and has been clearly sold as such.

Any item damaged in transit can usually be investigated by your local postal services. You may be required to make a claim with your country's or state's postal services as we may be unable to do this for you.

In the interests of health and hygiene, under no circumstances can we refund or exchange clothing items including tabi, tabi socks, gi or T-shirts that have been worn or tried on. We do not want to risk transmitting diseases such as fungal infections, verucca, athlete's foot, ringworm, scabies, or other infectious/contagious pathogens to our customers. Refunds and exchanges can only be made for goods that are returned in the original packaging, unused, unworn and unwashed. We trust you understand this situation and similarly would not want to receive previously worn items yourself.

We do not refund items where you have made a mistake when ordering, such as you ordering the wrong sizes or quantities. Please check our size guides and your online basket contents carefully before checkout.

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange if we make a mistake with your order.

A returns authorization number must be obtained before returning any goods. Failure to do so will delay the process and could result in items being rejected. The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorization number.

If returned goods are incomplete, and/or care has not been taken to keep the goods in pristine unused condition while in your possession and/or care has not been taken to send the goods in adequately secure and protective packaging then a fee may apply dependent upon any damage or loss to the goods.

Refunds will be made to the original account or credit/charge/debit card the goods were purchased on or in the case of a Bitcoin payment to the original person/group/company who issued the Bitcoin payment as applicable. Outgoing delivery charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Refunds are typically in the original payment currency using the comparative value of the current exchange rate against GBP at the time a refund is issued as opposed to the original exchange rate against GBP at the time the order was placed.

No returned goods will be accepted unless previously agreed with and are accompanied by a returns authorization number. Returns under complaint must indicate invoice number and the reference number.

All other refunds are made at our discretion and may be liable for an administration charge of 30% of the total invoice price.

You must obtain a returns authorization number and follow the same returns procedure as outlined above under Returns and Refunds. It is your responsibility to return any such items in pristine unused condition along with their original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. We will refund your money within 30 days of your notice of cancellation. Please note that after 7 working days of receiving the goods your right to cancel under these Regulations will be revoked.
